Dosing System
The Morclean Dosing System is a free standing unit, where wall mounting is not practical or necessary. The unit contains the dosing system itself, dosing product and control panel. Typically the Morclean dosing system is used for water conditioning or where the emulsification of oils needs to be split for subsequent removal. The dosing pumps are available with various dose capacities, pulses, timer and dosage amounts and are all built to order as a site specific device. The mounting plate can be fixed to any suitable floor and the unit requires an incoming, isolated power supply. Fuel Safe
Fuel Safe Typically for garage forecourts or fuel islands where there is a risk of large spillages of oils from delivery tankers. Full Retention Separator Overview Full flow treatment of rain falling at a rate of up to 50mm per hour. The standard range covers Class 1 Discharge and Class 2 Discharge specifications to NS100. OilSafe
The Oilsafe range of separators are designed where free floating oils are present and outflow typically from yards, hardstandings or higher risk areas can outflow to surface drains or watercourses. Constructed from GRP they are available as a standard supply for areas of between 200M² and 5500M² or built to order for bespoke or specialist applications. The tanks are designed for where there is a risk of contamination with oil or a foreseeable risk of significant spillages, such as a breakers yard, maintenance facility or an area where oils are stored. Pumping Chamber
Our range of pumping chambers are ideal for pumping contaminated dirty water to foul drains, water to a surface drain or any process of outflow where levels and falls are insufficient for drainage via gravity, or, where the outlet to drain is higher than the outlet. Our mini pumping chambers are constructed from GRP. They are available up to 5000mm deep and in 600mm, 750mm and 1000mm in diameter. For mini sump chambers over 600mm the top of the chamber is reduced to 600mm for added strength so that all the range, when installed, are neatly concealed under a standard cover and lid*. Silt Trap Heavy Duty
Silt traps are designed to provide a sump for collecting wash water and is typically placed in the centre of a wash bay so that the wash water falls to one collection point. Placed prior to the interceptor a silt trap collects larger debris and can be accessed via a hinged galvanised grating for easy manual emptying. As well as a collection point the silt trap collects debris and prevents excessive silt entering the interceptor. The water from the wash bay can be collected in a silt trap. Silt Trap Heavy Wash
This range of heavy duty high capacity silt traps are designed for heavy wash areas where levels of soils, debris and earth are high. The HeavyWash range of silt traps are typically used on wash bays for jetting earth moving equipment, quarry vehicles, open-cast or landfill where plant and machinery are covered in mud, clay or other debris. The large 2M x 1M galvanised hinged grid provides a large surface area for debris to fall to the chamber, and allows access for emptying the sludge. Silt Trap Mini Sump for Washbays
The Silt Trap 'Mini Sump' is a smaller and lighter silt trap, ideal for lighter usage or smaller wash bays where there are lower silt levels. A cost effective alternative to a slotted linear gulleys known as an 'Aco Drain' ; the Morclean mini sump is also much less prone to blockages. Streamflow
The use of a separator is required where there is a high risk of hydrocarbon pollutants entering surface water drains. All road vehicles are subject to accidental leakage of fuel and lubricants that wash into drainage systems with surface run off during rainstorms. Fuel depots and delivery vehicles are at particular risk of spillage. Separators are installed in drainage systems to intercept and treat contaminated water. Wash Bay Combi
Our combination washbay interceptors provide both 2 stages of settlement within the interceptor as well as a galvanised silt trap grating and sump. This means only one item has to be purchased instead of both a silt trap and an interceptor. The combi interceptor then connects to a mains foul drain. Water from a washbay typically falls to the centre where the hinged galvanised grating is placed and this has a surface area of 2M x 1M which provides a large drainage area. Wash Guard
When the outflow of water and oil from a wash bay enters the wash bay interceptor the oil becomes emulsified due to detergents and hot water. Because the water is no longer free flowing, a standard wash bay interceptor will not separate the oil which would simply pass through the chambers. The Morclean oil removal system uses a dosing system to split the emulsions so that the oil can be removed by a filter, therefore limiting the outflow of oils to the mains foul drain. Waste Water
Our Waste Water Septic Tanks are two chambers units designed to separate waste solids from waste liquids to BS6297 standards.
