This range of pumping stations are used for pumping contaminated water in industrial applications. Typically, dirty water to main foul drains, rain water to a surface drain or any process of outflow where levels and falls are insufficient, or where the discharge is higher that the outlet and where gravity in insufficient.

If the outflow of contaminated water from any process contains oils, Morclean can limit the outflow of oil whether it is free floating, or, if the oil has become emulsified. The emulsification of oil can be split using the Morclean Dosing System. Also, if the outflow to the drain is higher than the chamber, the water can be pumped to the drain.

Constructed from GRP, the pumping stations are available from 2,000 to 20,000 litre capacity (minimum sizes may be required) or above 20,000 litre as a bespoke item. Our pumping stations all have at least one 600mm access chamber so that when installed they are neatly concealed, yet accessible under a standard 600mm cover and lid.*

All pumps are heavy duty stainless steel construction and fitted with integral level switches. The Morclean range of pumping stations are all built to order so that we can provide numerous site specific options including the pipe sizes, invert levels and pumping capacity. This is so that the station is specified exactly to the installation and a builders particular conditions.

*Covers and lids are not included. Pumping stations are also all available above ground.
