Industrial Bus Wash System
The new Morclean Industrial Bus wash System has been developed for customers who need to clean a large amount of vehicles quickly and efficiently.
It has the capacity to wash up to 30 vehicles per hour and can be manufactured and installed in various sizes and wash combinations to suit all types of vehicle and fleet size.
Built from rigid galvanised frames, the bus wash is a fixed vehicle wash with four vertical brushes and one horizontal brush, and it comes with total side closing. Automatic cycles are programmed to suit the demands of the operator and size of the fleet.
Optional features include automatic frost protection, guide rails or under chassis washing.
All Morclean Drive Through Vehicle wash Systems can be used in conjunction with a Morclean Water Reclaim System. These cost effective systems collect waste water in an Interceptor and then recycle it for later use.
Morclean also design and specify all civil works, interceptors, water reclaim and discharge, and drainage. Our team of technicians will be pleased to offer all the necessary advice.

AutoBus installations and Chassis wash and under chassis wash design
The Autobus industrial drive through system can be used with a Morclean Chassis Wash - which is a fully automatic under chassis wash system, providing an effective solution to all under chassis cleaning to MOT and VOSA standards. The chassis wash jet system directs the high pressure nozzles to engines, gearboxes and axels. A high volume low pressure delivery of cold water with detergent injection on the first pass, and high pressure water (or water and detergent) cleans the chassis on the return. This enables a consistent standard of cleaning of all the chassis to ensure acceptance to MOT under chassis wash standards with no damage to the vehicle and its components.
Safety when operating the under chassis wash system
No Health & Safety issues - No operator. The chassis wash system prevents any Health and Safety issues as the operator does not need to work under the vehicle or steam clean the chassis when it is in operation. This unit has been installed at various bus depots, hauliers and local authorities around the UK.

The Automatic Chassis Wash can complete an MOT standard chassis clean in as little as 20 - 40 minutes. The Chassis Wash even comes equipped with a self-cleaning mechanism for maximum efficiency. The under chassis cleaning system offers bespoke and flexible operating programs with manual override for detail cleaning. Low clearance vehicles can also be accommodated with a low profile chassis wash cleaning system.The chassis wash system cleans under the chassis and removes grease and oils without the need for specialist training or complicated the operator needing to work under the vehicle.
