Lorry Wash System
Morclean have now developed an Industrial Lorry Wash System that was designed to meet customer specifications and accommodate all their lorry washing needs.
This system is available with two, three or five brushes depending on the customer’s requirements. There is also the option of installing a hydraulic or pneumatic system.

Brush Wash System
Morclean can provide a full range of auto brush wash and lorry wash systems built to the client's requirements.
The logic control circuits can be programmed around the vehicle fleet for varying artic or rigid sided fleets and the system can be manufactured to suit all types of vehicles, wash combinations and sizes of fleet.
Built from rigid galvanised frames the 2 brush or 3 brush roll-over units can be built in various combinations and layouts. A brush-less fixed or moving arch system can be built to specification for irregular shaped or sized vehicles.
All Morclean Brush Wash and Lorry Wash Systems can be used in conjunction with a Morclean Water Reclaim System. These cost effective systems collect waste water in an Interceptor and then recycle it for later use.
Morclean also design and specify all civil works, interceptors, water reclaim and discharge, and drainage. Our team of technicians will be pleased to offer all the necessary advice.
