Vehicle Wash System
Morclean design, build and install bespoke systems for the Vehicle washing Industry.
The systems are based around Environmental Screens, Wash Bays, Gantry and Platforms and are used by Commercial Fleet Operators, Hauliers and Waste Management Companies.
The Environmental Screens are built from galvanised steel fronts and sections, and coated profile sheeting which provides protection from overspray and containment of wash water.
Gantry Wash System
The Morclean Gantry Wash System is designed for the cleaning of irregular sized and shaped vehicles.
It uses hot or cold water, fully installed pipe work around the system and is ideal for transport and waste management companies or for the cleaning of plant.
The pump unit, fuel and detergent are housed in a separate building and the system can be housed in a screen to protect the surrounding area.
The drive through lorry wash system is semi-automatic and the operator can access all the features without the need to enter the plant room, switch on the unit, or the need for trailing cables and hoses. The operator can access high sided vehicles from the upper level of the walkway, and plug in to a conveniently placed point to access the required pressure.
The unit can be manufactured to any practical size and dimension. The system is available as a portable custom built unit with no requirement for any civil works.
Scissor Lifts
Morclean have recently introduced the SM-LS6 range of heavy-duty scissor lifts which are ideally suited for use in washbay applications as well as inside the workshop.
The proven design of the heavy-duty lifts ensures a quick, safe and reliable way to lift heavy-duty vehicles including refuse trucks, HGV lorries and heavy commercial vehicles. The vehicle can be quickly and safely raised for under chassis steam cleaning, servicing or for maintenance purposes.
Capacities are from 9 tonne to 33 tonne, and bed lengths of 6m to 9m respectively.

All Morclean Semi-Auto Vehicle Wash Systems can be used in conjunction with a Morclean Water Reclaim System. These cost effective systems collect waste water in an Interceptor and then recycle it for later use.
Morclean also design and specify all civil works, interceptors, water reclaim and discharge, and drainage. Our team of technicians will be pleased to offer all the necessary advice.
