Their ease of handling, power and efficiency means that you will be able to find the most suitable machine for any workplace. All Morclean scrubber dryers have been designed and manufactured using top quality materials. They give maximum performance but reduce time and labour to a minimum. All these products are environment-friendly. They are comfortable and ergonomic to use and give the best cleaning results, even in the toughest conditions of use.
Our scrubber dryers are ideal for cleaning both large and small areas. Constant pressure on the brushes gives effective and uniform scrubbing results. An efficient vacuum system means that the floor is left dry.

How Does a Scrubber Dryer Work?
A scrubber dryer is a combination machine. The operator can either walk behind and push the machine or, for larger areas, a ride-on version would be more suitable.
Water and detergent from the clean water tank travel down to the scrubbing unit, then using the rotating scrubbing brushes or pads, the dirt on the floor is agitated. The drying unit on the machine then dries the floor using the squeegee(s) and the vacuum. The dirty water is sucked into the recovery tank ready for emptying. The floor is left perfectly dry and clean.
What Type of Floor Can I Use My Scrubber Dryer on?
We recommend that your scrubber dryer is only used indoors, on relatively smooth and even floors. Examples of suitable floors would be – marble, sealed wood floors, painted floors, tiled floors, non-slip surfaces, linoleum, concrete, etc. If you are in any doubt please click here to email our Floorcare Specialist who will be able to advise you further.
Scrubber dryers are ideal for cleaning warehouse floors, car showrooms, reception areas, swimming pool areas, hospitals, shopping centres, garages, exhibition centres, airports, etc.
What Size Scrubber Dryer Would I Need?
Scrubber dryers come in many different sizes and the size you need will depend on the size of the area you have to clean. We supply smaller push pedestrian scrubber dryers right up to large ride-on machines. Our scrubber dryers are powered either by mains electric or battery. A complete range of new scrubber dryer designed around a simple but robust chassis making them tough and durable whilst working or being transported. Scrubber dryer features include practical positioning of controls on the dash board, and a flexible pipe for emptying the recovery tanks. Simple ideas as with the recovery tank that is built to be larger than the solution tank. Scrubber dryer features include polythene tanks, and 3 different models of varying size and brush types. Truly the heavy weights for tough and demanding cleaning tasks the Mark 2 series are fitted with forward and reverse drives as standard. Vision Range of Compact scrubber dryers
The Vision automatic scrubber dryers are designed for maximum scrubbing and polishing efficiency, employing high contact pressure and options of rotary or disc brushes. Vacuum intake at the rear ensures efficient easy cleaning of heavy traffic areas in shops, restaurants, hotels, and service stations etc. where working space is restricted.
The Morclean Vision Range of Scrubber Dryers are a complete range of new heavy duty industrial scrubber dryer designed around a simple but robust chassis making them tough and durable whilst working or being transported.
The range of Vision Scrubber dryer features include polythene tanks, and 9 different models of varying size and brush types.
Models are available in battery, electric and with or without (Vision Trak) traction drive. Truly the heavy weights for tough and demanding cleaning tasks the Vision Pro and Vision Ultra models can be fitted with rotary brush or drive board and pads if required for differing floor surfaces.

All models are also available with optional wander hose. The wander hose is a detachable hose that can be used on any model battery or mains powered for those difficult to reach places for eg. Under machines, under desks, tables, work tops etc.

Our super compact machine is a high specification yet budget priced scrubber dryer. The Vision Compact provides the solution to cost effective, one operator cleaning of smaller or more confined areas. Truly the ultimate in handling and performance all the Vision Ultra and Ultra Trak models have a significant 635mm (26") scrubbing width. The versions of the Vision Ultra range are simply mains or battery, with options of different battery packs. In addition the Vision Ultra Trak versions are the same performance but with Traction (the machine is driven) As with all Vision models the solution and recovery tanks are removable for ease of emptying and cleaning, the Vision ultra range are simply ultimate in handling and ease of use
