How Does a Sweeper Work?
Vacuumated sweepers have brushes which rotate at high speed. This throws up dirt and debris which is collected in a container called a waste hopper bin. The sweeper has an efficient filtration system which means that all the dust is contained within the machine and not floating about in the air. Side brushes enable the operator to clean close to edges e.g. Along steps, kerbs, shelving or racking and walls. A sweeping machine as opposed to the traditional method of sweeping using a broom is a more efficient and safer method of cleaning because it doesnt throw dust and debris into the air. It also enables larger areas to be cleaned more quickly and effectively with less strain on the operative.

What Size Sweeper Would I Need?
Morclean supply sweepers in varying widths and capacities. The type and size of sweeper you will need is dependent on the size and type of area you need to clean. We supply machines which vary in size from walk behind models to large heavy duty ride-on models. Our sweepers are electric or petrol powered.

Vacuum intake ensures efficient easy dust free cleaning where working space is restricted.
The complete range of new heavy duty industrial machines designed around a simple but robust chassis making them tough and durable whilst working or being transported. Models are available in battery, electric and with or without traction drive. The heavy weights for tough and demanding cleaning tasks can be fitted with rotary brush or drive board and pads if required for differing floor surfaces.
Our full range of sweeping machines can be demonstrated anywhere in the UK by one of our experienced Technical Demonstrators.
Some models are also available with optional wander hose. The wander hose is a detachable hose that can be used on any model battery or mains powered for those difficult to reach places and most sweepers have a simple lever to change the machine from dry to wet sweeping for use outdoors.
