Using a Chassis wash in conjunction with a drive through installation
The Morclean Chassis Wash is a fully automatic under chassis wash system, providing an effective solution to all under chassis cleaning to MOT and VOSA standards. The chassis wash jet system can be added to any Morclean drive through or brush wash installation and directs the high pressure nozzles to engines, gearboxes and axels. A high volume low pressure delivery of cold water with detergent injection on the first pass, and high pressure water (or water and detergent) cleans the chassis on the return. This enables a consistent standard of cleaning of all the chassis to ensure acceptance to MOT under chassis wash standards with no damage to the vehicle and its components.
Safety when operating the drive through under chassis wash system

The drive through chassis wash system prevents any Health and Safety issues as the operator does not need to work under the vehicle or steam clean the chassis when it is in operation.
