Many of our industrial customers come to us for advice on water reclaim solutions. These are the applications that will capture water and wash vehicles in accordance with the Environment Agency legislation.

Bus & Coach Cleaning
If you were a paying customer would you want to be transported in a dirty coach or bus?.
Morclean have a range of products that can help you keep your vehicle and/or your fleet looking clean, smart and attractive.
Pressure washers are commonly used by fleet operators to clean the exterior of their vehicles. They eradicate mud, salt, grime, bird excrement, and other deposits. They are also commonly used for cleaning the wheels, arches and hub caps etc.
Morclean can offer mobile vacuums to make the job much easier. The Morclean back pack vacuum allows the operator to walk around the bus or coach with the unit strapped to their back. Tank capacity is very good and provides the flexibility that a floor operated vacuum would not.
Vapour steamers are ideal for use after a long distance trip where the interior has taken a pounding for a week or so. They are particularly good at eradicating nasty residues and odours.

Cleaning in Transport

Commercial Vehicle Washing
Valeters only get one chance to impress their client and if they don't there is always someone else willing to take their place.
We provide a splendid range of vacuums and pressure washers for our valeting customers. We recommend the smaller or Pro range of pressure washers for this type of customer. The larger pressure washers have a very powerful p.s.i on them and may inadvertantly cause damage to a smaller vehicle i.e. car, taxi or minibus.
Wash pads
These are a unique innovation which allow the vehicle to be driven onto the wash pad prior to washing. They then retain the pollutant water from the wash and offer a cost effective solution that complies with the Environment Agency's regulations and removes the need to install an expensive recycling system. The Environment Agency (EA) class any water which has washed off a vehicle or has been put through a mechanical process as polluted.
The wash pad is mobile, inflatable or semi-permanent, flexible and easy to set up and remove. Morclean can design and manufacture wash pads to meet your specifications in terms of dimensions, colour and design.
