Instructions to be strictly followed
● Plastic bags can be dangerous, keep away from children & animals
● The use of this machine for anything not specified in this manual may be dangerous and must be avoided
● The suction nozzle should be kept away from the body, especially delicate areas such as the eyes, ears & mouth
● The equipment should be correctly assembled before use
● Ensure the power sockets used are correct for the machine
● Check the voltage indicated on the rating plate is the same as the supply voltage
● These machines are not designed for picking up health endangered dusts or inflammable/explosive substances
● Never carry out any maintenance on the machine without first disconnecting from the mains supply, if the machine is to be left unattended the supply should also be terminated
● The mains supply cable should not be used to pull or lift the machine
● The machine should never be emerged into water or a pressure jet of water used for cleaning
● Periodically examine the mains cable and machine for damage, if any damage is found contact your service centre for repair
● Should extension cables be used, ensure that the cable rating is suitable for use with the equipment. Do not let the cable coiled as this could result in a voltage drop or over heating
● The equipment should not be used to pick up water from containers, lavatories, tubs etc
● Never leave the equipment unattended while in use
● Ensure that the float position Y is not damaged or obstructed by anything that may stop it from rising. The float function is to stop the suction when the tank is full or if the machine should overturn accidentally.
● If the equipment should overturn it is recommended that the machine should be stood up before switching off.
● If foam/liquid should come from the machine exhaust switch off immediately
● Aggressive solvents or detergents should not be used
● Keep jet directed away from all electrical switches & connections
● Never run the pump without liquid as this may result in damage
● When cleaning is finished, flush out the pump with ½ litre of clean water and run until empty
● When all the work is completed and the pump is off the pressure must be discharged by depressing the valve lever
● Service & repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel only
● Replacement parts for the machine must be manufacturers original spare parts only
● Morclean can not be hold responsible for any damage/injury caused to persons or property because of the incorrect use of the machine due to procedures being used which are not specified in this instruction manual

Dry Cleaning Instructions
● Insert the cloth filter B in the tank C if necessary remove the detergent tank.
● Hook up the motor head A on the tank C and lock it up with the hooks
● Fix the flexible hose G into the suction inlet F
● Fix at the end of the flexible hose, the extension M or N
● Fit the most suitable accessory
● Activate suction by pressing the red switch, after having connected the machine to the proper electric grid
● Use example with PVC brush P
● Use example with flat lance Q
● Use example with round brush O
● Use example with dust tool S
● Use example with carpet tool T
● If a paper bag is provided, insert it in the tank on the deflector.

Wet cleaning Instructions
● Remove the cloth filter B from tank C
● Set the detergent tank H in the tank C
● Hook up the motor head A on tank C and lock it up with the hooks
● Fix the flexible hose G in the suction inlet F
● Fix, at the end of flexible hose G the extension M or N
● Connect the wet tool U
● Activate suction by pressing the red switch, after having connected the machine to the proper electric grid
● Example of use with wet tool U

Injection - Extraction washing system
● Remove the cloth filter B from tank C
● Set the detergent tank H in the tank
● Pour the detergent product in to the external tank D or into the tank H
● Hook up the motor head A on tank C and lock it up with the hooks
● Fix the flexible hose G in the suction inlet F
● At the end of the flexible hose fix the proper accessory
● Set the hydraulic hose into the quick coupling on the head
● Activate the motor by pressing the red switch, and the pump by pressing the green one, after having connected the machine to the proper electric grid
● By pressing the cock handspike, pull towards you the accessory laying on the surface to wash
● At the end of the stroke release the cock handspike and, after having lifted and removed the accessory. Repeat the previous operation
● Proceed in the same way with the upholstery tool
