Company Profile
Originally established in 1977 as a supplier of Engineering, Agricultural and Industrial Equipment, we added to our range other products including High Pressure Water Cleaners and Steam Cleaners aimed at Transport, Food and other Industrial applications.
Our Company continued to develop it's range of Cleaning Equipment and after a merger and acquisition changed our name to Morclean Ltd. A move to larger premises enabled our business to increase its activities in specialist equipment including the special build, design and installation, one off problem solving, and ring main systems.
With a technical sales force and engineering back up, we now provide bespoke and specialist machines and installations to a variety of industries
Mobile High Pressure
Mobile units for cleaning on demand, and developing pressures of up to 5000psi. Machines can be fixed or static. Traditional high pressure cleaners are often mobile units, and can be connected to services each time the operators needs to operate. The operator then has access to settings including the detergent, flow, temperature and pressure.
Fixed High Pressure
Our cabinet machines are housed in a strong steel lockable container, and a permanent connection is made to mains power water services, and fuel. The controls for temperature, flow, pressure, and detergent are all contained inside the cabinet. The client is provided with a trouble free system, providing the required wash down facilities without allowing the operator to access settings or tamper with supplies. We eliminate breakdowns caused by operator abuse, and reduce the clients downtime and inconvenience when a unit is out of commission. Potential of theft or vandalism is evidently almost eliminated. The steel cabinet is also frost protected to prevent damage to the unit's components.
Portable High Pressure
For mobile and site work our trailer mounted high pressure cleaners and jetters are ideal. Petrol and diesel driven high pressure cleaners both hot and cold water, are mounted either to skids, trailers, or water bowsers for mobile use and remote locations
Specialist Applications
All our high pressure units can be built to various Zone Ratings and standards, and can be designed to accept salt water, de-mineralised or purified water if required
Floor Care Equipment
The Vision Range of floor care machines including scrubber dryers and powered sweeping machines are designed for maximum scrubbing and sweeping efficiency, employing high contact pressure and options of brushes. Vacuum intake ensures efficient easy dust free cleaning where working space is restricted.
The complete range of new heavy duty industrial machines designed around a simple but robust chassis making them tough and durable whilst working or being transported. Models are available in battery, electric and with or without traction drive. The heavy weights for tough and demanding cleaning tasks can be fitted with rotary brush or drive board and pads if required for differing floor surfaces.
Our full range of floor care machines can be demonstrated anywhere in the UK by one of our experienced Technical Demonstrators.
Some models are also available with optional wander hose. The wander hose is a detachable hose that can be used on any model battery or mains powered for those difficult to reach places and most sweepers have a simple lever to change the machine from dry to wet sweeping for use outdoors.
Vapour Steam Cleaners
Our steam cleaners have an internal tank with a 2.5L - 10.0L capacity. Tap water is used to make steam at 4.5 bar -10 bar pressure and produces steam vapour temperatures at up to 185? Celsius. The steam boiler, manufactured in stainless steel, is explosion proof and safety devices provide steam pressure at both constant and variable rates.
Morclean's steam cleaners, providing a large amount of over saturated steam, will hygienically clean all surfaces. There are no restrictions on how the steam cleaners unit could be used, however the steam cleaners are mostly utilised for cleaning and sterilising floors and tiles, catering equipment and kitchens, fridges, freezers, engineering, printing and textile applications.
Cleaning by traditional cleaning methods remove dirt mechanically by water, but some dirt can remain in the pores of the surfaces. Disinfectants also act mainly on the surface, so bacteria can survive and be ready to grow again. The cleaned surface reflects the light and looks sparkling, but it's only a visual impression of cleanliness.
To clean by high temperature steam reaches the organic materials deep down the surface. The dead organisms, even in the innermost pores, can then be removed by using only water and micro fibre cloths. New germs cannot find a proper ground to grow.Rinsing water, residuals and wastes are all 100% biodegradable
Industrial Vacuum
Our Interlok range of commercial vacuum cleaners are available in 240, 415 or 110 volts and built with durable steel containers, chassis, and containers. They are competitively priced and the models are carefully chosen to suit a variety of cleaning tasks.
There are combinations of 1, 2 or 3 x 1000w motors, combination kits and accessories for ceilings, floors, equipment or machinery access. The options include wet, wet and dry, fine dust, oils and hazardous collection as well as Aircraft Specification, back pack versions, and ATEX Certification
ATEX
Our range of Interlok System Vacuum Cleaners are unique. After discussing your requirements we choose the motor head, power, type and rating. This motor head can be a series of 1, 2 or 3 motors at a minimum of 1000W per motor in various voltages. Alternatively we build the heads with an air driven option (for use with your supply of compressed air) for explosive or volatile areas. We add to this the type of filtration required, for fine dust, hazards or flammables etc. Finally we decide on the size of container to use, and the most suitable accessories kit.
Vehicle Washing
We have developed a full range of semi auto brush wash and truck wash machines. Brush wash and lorry wash units are built to specification and the client's requirements for varying artic or rigid sided fleets.
Built from rigid galvanised frames the units can be built in various combinations and layouts to meet customer requirements. A brush-less fixed or moving arch system can be built to specification for irregular shaped or sized vehicles. The system is manufactured and installed to suit all types of vehicles and the size of the fleet, and used by many operators where their simplicity of design and reliability are unequalled. All systems can be used in conjunction with a water reclaim unit.
Water Reclaim
Our water recycling units are typically a combined reclaim system. The system can typically be used in conjunction with commercial or forecourt brush and jet wash machines, or in conjunction with a vehicle wash unit. The plant generally consists of stainless steel tanks mounted to a common base plate.
Water used during vehicle washing is typically collected in either a sump or via a pump out of the silt trap. This water is then pumped into stage one of the system and three stages of settlement. Afterwards the water may be passed through Hydrocyclone filters to remove finer solids. Water now partially ready for recycling can then also be electroflocculated to break down waxes etc (when full reclaim water is required)
Finally water is filtered through activated carbon to remove residual organics such as shampoo etc prior to recycle as rinse water, and pumped back into the system for use.
Wash Pads
When a business or company currently produces wastewater in one way or another, it has to be contained and possibly purified or removed. One way to collect and purify fluid waste products is to build a permanent facility but this often requires substantial investment and a permanent facility is not always a feasible solution.
A mobile receptacle with inflatable edges offers an alternative to this. The wash pad is mobile, inflatable or semi-permanent, flexible, easy to set up and remove. In addition, the pad can be supplied to meet your specifications in terms of dimensions, colour, design, etc. The vehicle can be driven on to the inflated or fixed mat and you have a fully portable wash pad.
We can design and manufacture to any size using various colours and our wash pads can be specified in any practical size and dimension. The floor will not be damaged by the weight of the vehicle it is designed for.
