Morclean are continually developing new products and designs. New for 2008 are a new series of conveyor and tunnel wash systems.
Used for automated washing and drying of cars and commercial vehicles the Tunnel and Conveyor systems provide a comprehensive and automated program of cleaning. Both systems can be built on a bespoke basis to provide a solution to individual requirements. The tunnel and conveyor systems pass the vehicle through the washing process to eliminate operator error. The system is housed within a galvanised steel and GRP / Perspex structure that contains the wash water and provides an environmentally friendly screen, and an ergonomic structure and design. The wash process uses both horizontal and vertical brushes, spray arches, wax and rinse program and a drying blade at a rate of up to 5o cars per hour.
