Morclean receive a large number of enquiries when projects are at the tender or design stage. The more we know about a project and the earlier we become involved, the easier it is to ensure we provide the perfect solution to meet your business needs.
We can offer the client illustrated plans for most of Morclean's operations and provide either simple sketches or detailed CAD drawings.

Architects
With space and land in the uk being at a premium the pressure on architects to design high quality buildings in an environmentally and ethical way is increasing.
Construction
The construction of large complexes like office blocks, factories, apartments and flats have required various cleaning solutions which Morclean have been happy to supply.
Renovation is becoming more and more popular but if buildings need to be dismantled, the enormous amount of dust created can cause huge hygiene and health problems.
Morclean have a range of vacuums that will remove this unwanted dust safely. You can refer, to our vacuum section, contained within our website.
The removal of asbestos is a legal requirement if it is present on any site which is being renovated. Morclean have a variety of vacuums custom built for this specialised purpose.
Please note: asbestos vacuums have to be re-certified every six months to ensure that none of the asbestos particles are escaping from the vacuum. Should you purchase a vacuum and require it to be re-certified we can do this for you.
Consultant
A consultant is an expert in their specific field who provides professional advice to a company for a fee.
At Morclean we have been approached on numerous occasions by designers and consultants seeking an industrial hygiene solution to the project they are managing.
We work very closely with these professionals and often liase with them rather than the end user.

Surveyor
The surveyor researches a project by gathering information and then put forward their recommendations.
Morclean have worked closely with surveyors on lots of different projects and have won many new contracts through surveyor recommendations.
