Typical High Pressure Cleaners - Problems
Traditional high pressure cleaners are often mobile units, and need to be plugged in and connected to services each time the operators needs to use it. The operator then has access to settings including the detergent flow, temperature and pressure, and likely to abuse at least the amount of detergent used.
Common operator problems also include filling with contaminated fuel, or filling the wrong tanks. Furthermore, and from a health and safety point of view, the incoming mains flex can be laid in water, or the outgoing high pressure hoses trail across the floor

Features of a Morclean System
The unit is housed in a strong steel lockable container, and a permanent connection is made to mains power and water services, and a direct connection to a provided self bunded fuel tank The controls for temperature, flow, pressure, detergent amount are all contained inside the cabinet.
The cabinet is then placed within the provided building, and a remote switch fitted to allow the operator to switch on, and the unit automatically switches off. A preset amount of detergent is added simply by changing the wash lance and there is no need for the operator to attempt any alterations to the settings, or to need to fill the machine with detergent or fuel

The client is provided with a trouble free system, providing the required wash down facilities without allowing the operator to access settings or tamper with supplies. We eliminate breakdowns caused by operator abuse, and reduce the clients downtime and inconvenience when a unit is out of commission.
Because the unit is place inside a locked cabinet, fixed to the floor, and then within a building, the potential of theft or vandalism is evidently almost eliminated. The steel cabinet is also frost protected to prevent damage to the unitís components

Basic unit Specification
Morclean 3000 HSA auto stop unit. Locked steel cabinet housing all settings. Directly connected to client provided 32amp 415 volt or 13 amp 240 volt ELCB supply. Direct connection via fixed pipe to mains town water. Installation to a Morclean self bunded fuel tank with fire check valve protection.
Providing up to 3000psi hot water @ 90?c. Auto stop facility, preset detergent and pressure. Internal settings for water flow from 18 Lpm to 21 Lpm. Remote switch box, 24 volts and IP rated with emergency stop.
Fully installed and commissioned. Fixed to floor with resin and/ or chemical bolts, includes all pipework, connections, fittings and consumables, fitted by our own staff.
Internally set % based foam facility, foam injector and auto foaming lance, 1 x 25 Ltr foam product.
1 x Self Bund BT1150 fuel tank with electronic status display. The tank to be filled with 205 Ltrs fuel for test purposes.
Connection to external exhaust vent, supply and fix 1100mm ducting to appropriate fixing points. Connection to mains water supply. Connection to mains power supply. Connection to fuel tank. Fitting of fire check valve.
Connection to externally fitted shut off valve to proposed gantry, with external outlet point.
Above to include all labour, materials, parts and consumables while on site, transportation and delivery, installation and fitting. Training to operators, commissioning of unit to outlet point as 4.6] above.
Completed within 7-10 days from order date. Time required on site 2 days max.
