Click on image to enlarge		The Morclean stationery, hot water gas fired unit has the following options:

  • Control Electronics
  • Chemical solenoid valve
  • 24V remote control
  • 10mtr hose pistol & lance
The features of the tank are:

  • The pump has four diamond-ground all ceramic pistons which are designed for a long service life

  • The break tank is a plastic tank with float valve, which complies with water authority regulations

  • The unit is housed in a heavy steel frame fitted with anti-vibration mountings and enclosed with powder coated sheet steel panelling

  • Automatic standby so when the trigger of the spray gun is pressed, the full power is immediately available. During breaks in work the machine switches to standby mode. This prevents the machine from running in bypass thereby dramatically increasing the life of the pump components

  • The patented regulation safety block retains the working pressure at the lance but allows the pump to start under no load conditions

  • Ultimate over-pressure protection is achieved by an additional safety valve in series with the control safety block

  • The system is equipped with an electric controller and remote-control unit that allows the selection of the following functions with illuminated buttons

    • Start/Stop
    • Foam/Rinse
    • Hot/Cold
All SOLAR Boosters come equipped with stainless steel frames and cabinets

The pumping system will require a flue combustion air

General requirements you need for installation, others may be required depending on site

Electricity - A local 3 phase isolator should be provided to within 1 metre of the pumping system location. It should be capable of supplying 400 volts, 3 phase neutral and earth (5 wire) with a loading of 5.7 Kw protected by a 16 amp slow blowing fuse or MCB.

Water - Low pressure main or feed from storage tank capable of providing at least 960 litres per hour at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
Minimum feed pressure: 2.5 bar
Maximum feed pressure: 10 bar
Terminating in a 3/4 inch BSP isolating valve at the pump unit, which should incorporate a 3/4" hose tail to take a 3/4" I.D flexible inlet hose..

Gas - A neutral gas supply capable of supplying a minimum of 7 cubic metres per hour, for connection to the burner gas inlet connection point which has a ½" BSP isolation valve. The gas connection should be made via a flexible pipe to allow for machine vibration.

Ventilation - Fresh air ventilation from an outside source capable of suppling 82 cubic metres per hour or free air. This means that vents must be provided of 608 CM2 at low level and 304cm2 at high level in the room where the pumping system is to be located.
