At Morclean, Health and Safety is very important to us. We provide sufficient control of the health and safety risks originating from our work activities. We consult with our staff on matters affecting their health and safety while providing and maintaining safe plant and equipment. We provide all staff with information instruction and supervision and ensure safe handling and use of substances.
Training is provided to all our staff to ensure they are competent in all aspects of their tasks. We aim to provide a safe and healthy working environment, to prevent accidents, and prevent cases of work-related ill health. We regularly review our Health and Safety Policy.
We release our Health and Safety data online to ensure our clients and workers have all the information that they need. You will find our Risk Assessments and Method Statements on the appropriate pages above and our Company Policy below.

This is the Health and Safety Policy Statement of:
Morclean Ltd
Our Statement of general policy is:
• To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities;
• To consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety;
• To provide and maintain safe plant and equipment;
• To ensure safe handling and use of substances;
• To provide information instruction and supervision for employees;
• To ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training;
• To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health;
• To maintain safe and healthy working conditions; and
• To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals;
RESPONSIBILITIES - COMPANY EMPLOYEES
All Company Employees must familiarise themselves with their responsibilities under this Health Safety and Welfare Policy and apply their own functions.
To co-operate with all Management in preventing accidents and ill health.
To take reasonable care to avoid injury to themselves and colleagues;
1. To refrain from Horseplay.
2. To use the correct tools designed for the specific work task and to keep them in good working condition.
3. To use and take care of any Safety Equipment and Personal Protective Equipment / Clothing provided by the Company and report any loss or damage to obtain a replacement, if PPE is not worn at all times where applicable disciplinary action will be taken .
4. To immediately report any defects in Plant and/or Equipment.
5. To only operate Plant and Equipment that they are trained to do so.
6. To report accidents and incidents to their Site Supervisor, no matter how trivial, all accidents and sickness must be reported to the main office.
7. To observe all Company and Client Safety Rules and Restrictions.
8. To set a good personal example.
