Industrial Range
Dry steam generated under pressure to temperatures up to 180?C dissolves grease, kills germs in an instant and sanitises every surface it touches, penetrating cracks and crevices other hard-to-reach areas where manual cleaning with potentially hazardous chemicals fail to achieve the required standards. Our Industrial Range has been specially selected to meet the heavy duty cleaning applications required by industrial users, providing unequalled thorough deep cleaning wherever and whenever it is required. The 3 phase Industrial Range features 4 stainless steel bodied models providing working steam temperatures from 165 ñ 180?C deployed at pressures from 8 to 10 bar. Achieving higher volumes of steam means faster cleaning: these machines generate from over 200 litres to a massive 470 litres of steam volume per minute ñ making fast work of even the most stubborn ingrained dirt and swarf-laden grease. A detergent injection facility is also available for speedier removal of ingrained dirt from heavily soiled areas as are optional heavy duty industrial wet and dry vacuum cleaners. All models are designed with automatic boiler filling systems for continuous operation and can be supplied with continuous water filling facility.
Vision Steam SV9000
Compact, manoeuvrable and very powerful the SV9000 is a heavy industrial 3-phase machine with two boilers generating approximately 213 litres of steam per minute.
Steam Super-Heated to 180?C and delivered at 8 bar pressure will make light work of even the most stubborn baked on grease, yet it is completely environmentally friendly!

With four boilers supplying about 427 litres of super-heated steam per minute at 10-bar pressure this machine is the supreme industrial cleaner.
Within the food processing and printing industries, as well as the heavy engineering environment, the G18000 has all the power you need.
It is particularly well suited to static operation in conjunction with a belt cleaner to ensure the highest levels of hygiene.
