Mobile High Pressure
Morclean have now launched a new product range of petrol and diesel driven, hot and cold water high pressure cleaners. These are mounted either to skids, trailers, or water bowsers for mobile and site use.
Previously, these were built to order as bespoke systems.
Morclean can still provide bespoke systems but alongside that, we can now offer a standard catalogue range to suit our customers needs.
Pressure washers and steam cleaners with water tanks
The SiteMaster range of Pressure washers, jetters and steam cleaners can be built with their own water tank. These self contained mobile machines therefore have their own water supply and can be used anywhere. The built in water tanks are generally made from polypropylene and are often baffled to prevent disturbance to the vehicle due to the water movement inside the tank. The water tank provides a reservoir or header tank of water so that the high pressure cleaner or steam cleaner can be used on site without the need for a water supply or tap. The high pressure machines are driven by a diesel or petrol engine so that no mains electrical power is required. The steam cleaner or washer is totally independent and can then be used on site to provide hot or cold water anywhere at the turn of a key.
Self contained water bowsers
Water bowsers are available in various sizes including 500, 1100 and 2000. They are usually made from polypropylene but can be manufactured in steel with the internal surface galvanised for rust protection, and the external surfaces painted in any RAL colour. These SiteMaster jetters and mobile pressure washers are available in either a Highway or a Plant version. The highway bowsers have a road going tow hitch for a ball and socket type tow bar fitted to a road vehicle, and are also fitted with lights, tow hitch, brakes where required and number plate etc. The Plant bowsers are the same general design but are fitted with a pin and eye type hitch for connecting to a plant machine type tow hitch and are generally used for site work.
Applications
A Sitemaster self contained pressure washer and water bowser steam cleaner can be used anywhere. Below is a general list of applications which are wide and varied. However the list below is not exhaustive as we are developing new specifications to meet our clients needs and new applications all the time.
