Morclean's Multi Pump is a multi pressure unit containing 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 heavy duty axial pumps using long life ceramic pistons and stainless steel valves. The pump has a pressurised sealed oil chamber to virtually eliminate oil waste.

compact, space saving designFor a long and effective working life, the cabinet, water tank, frame and the water passage are constructed from highly durable stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials. The water tank has individual hot and cold water feed which provides mixing in tank to enable automatic selection of desired water temperature with high and low level control,

The tank design incorporates an ‘A’ type air gap and carries WRC approval (No 9712051).

The controls are automatic start and stop which means pumps will stop 25 seconds after use to avoid rapid start stop effect on motors. To ensure equal use of all units the first pump to come on will be the first pump to go off line.

  • In the event of a major pipework failure the machine will automatically shut down

  • If necessary individual pumps can be isolated without affecting the remainder of the pumps in the system

  • Display indicating individual pump running hours

  • Diagnostic display indicating: tank levels, pumps in use, thermal overloads, valve conditions, flow path, pressure switch condition


There are 2 requirements to be supplied by the customer. Water and Electricity.

1] The water tank is fitted with two water inlets this allows the user to control the temperature of the water being used for cleaning purposes. one for cold water (marked blue) and one for hot water (marked red). If no temperature control is required both water inlets may be connected to the cold supply pipework. At least one cold water supply should always be connected and the hot water supply should never exceed 80ºC.

Each supply pipe should be able to supply the system with a water volume that exceeds the capacity of the system and be terminated with a 1” BSP isolating valve. These supplies should be installed to within one metre of the connection points on the system. We would recommend he installation of an in-line filter before the pumps if the water supply were likely to contain particulate

The cable needs to be capable of supplying:
41 amps for 2 pumps
52 amps for 3 pumps
63 amps for 4 pumps
74 amps for 5 pumps
85 amps for 6 pumps.

The Multi Pump requires single-phase electrical supply terminating in a 13 amp 3-pin socket located adjacent to the Multi Pump site to facilitate servicing of the system.
