Multipump Pro Centralised High-pressure Washer
The Multipump Pro is a centralised system incorporating 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 modular pumps. The standard unit is available in a 3 pump system and can be added to without changing the control system. The IP65 rated control panel monitors the entire system to prevent leaks, over pressure, over temperature or shortages of water.
How the system works
Basically the modular unit is housed in a plant room or maintenance section of a factory. Outlets from the system are then piped round the factory and plug in points are then installed at each required position. Any number of outlets can be fitted though the number of outlets used at any one time is dependant on the number of pumps. Therefore a 3 pump system means 3 operators can work simultaneously.
Operation and Features
The modular control system detects a drop in pressure, and starts one of the pumps on demand. The pumps are synchronised to prevent excessive wear and tear to the first pump. As each operator connects to the plug in point, and demands more water, the system starts a 2nd and then a 3rd pump until the correct flow is achieved. When operators stop using a plug in point, the same happens in reverse. The system is designed to provide simultaneous washing throughout a factory, for between 3 and 6 operators. A 3 pump system can be added to, up to 6 modules in total, without the need to replace the control panel.
