COMPANY ACTIVITIES
Morclean now divided its activities into 2 main areas.
1. Cleaning Equipment, sales, service and hire.
2. Installation, Cleaning In Place and Ring Main Systems, and Manufacture of special static, mobile or fixed units.
1. General CLEANING EQUIPMENT
Specialising in the Sale, Service, Hire and Maintenance of Cleaning Equipment including Steam Cleaners, Pressure Washers, Vacuum cleaners and general cleaning equipment, spares, repairs and trade sales etc. Floor care, Pedestrian Ride-On Sweepers and Scrubber Dryers etc.
A range of Consumables, Detergents and Chemicals also compliment this range. "Morclean Financial Services" specialise in financing at 0% APR (Interest Free Credit), any item of Cleaning Equipment or any cleaning package. Morclean's "Service Care Plan" specialises in Contract Hire over a 12, 24 or 36 month period, providing fixed costs inclusive of maintenance, service and breakdowns etc.
2. Equipment INSTALLATION
Ring Main and the Systems static installation high pressure water cleaner etc. Designing, building and installing cleaning systems, automated Cleaning Heads, pipework and fitting to existing production areas, Cleaning In Place and Ring Main Systems to food industry & MANUFACTURE AND DISTRIBUTION of Special, one off units, with made to order specification of mobile or static, high powered water cleaner units for specific customer applications, providing a Design and Build Service, Manufacture of Skid mounted mobile Hot water units for specialist on-site applications.
1997/ 98
Morclean's Head Office was restructured and considered purpose built. The external service area was extended and improved to include a Demonstration Area, a Research and Development Area for Cleaning In Place Systems and an increased Manufacturing Area. Depots house their own spares, workshops and hire fleet.
The accounts and Administration at the same Head Office address. The Trade Counters catered for customers requiring Hire or parts, and will also be used in conjunction with the demonstration area as mentioned above. The Main Chesterfield Workshops were used for overhauls and major service work, although a large percentage of the service work is carried out on site by trained engineers from each depot.
1997/98
Various vehicles with a stock of spares are available from each depot for on-site work and in conclusion Morclean are able to respond to the needs of both large and small businesses from the Self-employed to National chains. Morclean then had several national Account Agreements in place for both local and national Multi Depot clients. The Company was an authorised agent, dealer or distributor for numerous 'brand names' including: KEW (Cleaning Equipment) KARCHER (Cleaning Equipment) PLATZ (Ring Main)BVC (Vacuums) NUMATIC (Vacuums) RCM(Sweepers) O.M.M Scrubber Dryers)
Any new dealerships always included a policy to cover Servicing in the Dealership Agreement, training for engineers, stock of spares and specialised tools for each depot. The brand name Morclean is used for products that are manufactured and designed by the Company, that includes special builds and installed systems. Morclean registered it’s trade mark
