SECTION 1 - PRESSURE WASHERS
There are various options of Morclean high pressure cleaners, mobile units, wall mounted units, cabinet mounted (static) units, trailer mounted or skid
mounted units. Morclean also do special build units to allow you to adapt the specification to your requirements.
Morclean PRO SERIES high pressure cleaners are ideal for various industries and users. Available in petrol, diesel and electric they feature a compact design and easy to use controls, housed within a durable fibre glass cover,
providing various options of performance.
Our INDUSTRIAL machines can be manufactured on a bespoke basis with options of additional frost protection, auto chemical, satellite switching, auto foam, restricted switching, coin operation, key pad, swipe card, service
connection and exhaust connection.
Hot or cold cabinet mounted units can also be installed by Morclean and our range includes Multi Pump, Multi Pressure and Ring Main Systems, heated either electrically, or by natural gas or oil fired boilers to suit the industry requirements. Our specialist equipment is built for Zone Rated areas and ATEX Certification, as well as for use with demineralised or purified water
SECTION 2 - VACUUM CLEANERS
The Morclean range of vacuum cleaners are available various voltages and with either with durable steel containers and chassis, or rotationally moulded containers. They are competitively priced and the models are carefully chosen to suit a variety of cleaning tasks.
There are combinations of motors, combination kits and accessories for the operator's access. Options include wet, wet and dry, fine dust, oils and hazardous collection.
For special applications our SPECIALIST range of vacuum cleaners including Zone Rated ATEX Certified and pump out equipment can be built on a bespoke basis for a variety of specialist industries in container sizes from 9 Ltrs
to 1000 Ltrs capacity.
Alternatively we build our vacuums with an air- driven power unit (for use with your supply of compressed air) for explosive or volatile areas, adding to this the type of filtration required, for fine dust, hazards or flammables etc.
We also have a full range of carpet and upholstery cleaners (called extraction machines) including valeting machines, carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaners etc
Our new range of Approved "Type H" series hazardous dust vacuum cleaners has been specifically designed for industries where it is necessary to remove dust that constitutes a health hazard to the operatives. The units meet the requirements of industries where the practical easy to use filters and accessories can be used and cleaned on a daily basis. The approved range of vacuums meet an absolute 99.997% filtration efficiency and are ATEX approved.
Morclean also supply specialist vacuums including swarf and oil vacuum cleaners, air driven safety vacuums, anti static, back pack and aircraft specification machines.
SECTION 3 - SCRUBBER DRIERS
The PRO SERIES are a complete range of new heavy duty industrial scrubber drier designed around a simple but robust chassis making them tough and durable whilst working or being transported. From compact hard floor cleaners to ride-on scrubber dryers our range of mains battery machines
provide a solution to any hard floor cleaning task.
Our full range of scrubber driers can be demonstrated anywhere in the UK by one of our experienced Technical Demonstrators.
Models are available in battery or electric. Truly the heavy weights for tough and demanding cleaning tasks the Pro SERIES models can be fitted with rotary brush, or drive board and pads if required, for differing floor surfaces.
All models are also available with optional wander hose. The wander hose is a detachable hose that can be used on any model battery or mains powered for those difficult to reach places for eg. Under machines, under desks etc.
SECTION 4 - SWEEPING MACHINES
To compliment our pedestrian and ride on floor cleaning machines we also have a full range of sweeping machines, both pedestrian and ride on.
Our range of walk behind powered vacuum sweepers are for small to medium areas, all models are available in push, engine, or battery driven versions, ideal for indoor or outdoor areas. The PRO SERIES Range of pedestrian sweepers feature trouble free sweeping.
For large areas, even when space is limited, our ride on versions work with ease - utilising the infinitely variable hydrostatic driven front wheel steering, and an extremely small turning circle. Ride on machines are also available with battery or petrol drive.
Ride on machines for medium to large areas are an impressive design, and standard features make these innovative sweepers a popular choice of cleaning equipment for the serious user. The sweeping machines have excellent sweeping capabilities and steering manoeuvrability.
Both types are available in various sweeping widths, battery or petrol driven for various floor and work areas.

SECTION 5 - VAPOUR STEAM
Morclean vapour steam cleaners generate steam vapour at high temperatures up to 185oC. The units have an internal tank holding ordinary tap water which is used to produce the steam at pressures of between 4.5 to 10 bar.
Vapour steam machines produce a quantity of over-saturated steam for hygienic cleaning of any kind of surface even the most difficult and dirtiest to clean. There are no confined applications or restrictions to where the unit could be used. To clean by high temperature steam reaches the
organic materials deep down the surface. The dead organisms, even in the innermost pores, can then be removed by using only water and micro fibre cloths. New germs cannot find a proper ground to grow. Rinsing water, residuals and wastes are all 100% biodegradable.
The vapour steam can be used to steam clean or disinfect any type of surface by breaking down and melting grease or oils. The soiling can then be removed with an integral vacuum cleaner or micro fibre cloths. Our range is
expanding as we continually improve our product line. Machines are available in commercial and industrial versions with options of accessories and integral vacuums.
SECTION 6 - VEHICLE WASHING SYSTEMS
We have developed a full range of semi auto brush wash, wheel wash, truck wash machines, environmental screens, gantry wash areas, spray bars, and bespoke washing systems.
Brush wash and lorry wash units are built to specification and the client's requirements for varying artic or rigid sided fleets.
Built from rigid galvanised frames the units can be built in various combinations and layouts to meet customer requirements. A brush-less fixed or moving arch system can be built to specification for irregular shaped or sized vehicles.
The system is manufactured and installed to suit all types of vehicles and the size of the fleet, and used by many operators where their simplicity of design and reliability are unequalled. All systems can be used in conjunction with a water reclaim unit.
All vehicle washing units are available with cost saving water reclaim units. Water used during any washing cycle can be collected in an interceptor and then recycled for later use.
WATER RECLAIM
Our water recycling units can typically be used in conjunction with commercial or forecourt brush and jet wash machines, or in conjunction with a vehicle wash unit.
Water used during vehicle washing is typically collected in a sump. This water is then pumped into stage one of the system and three stages of settlement. Afterwards the water may be passed through Hydrocyclone filters to remove finer suspended solids. Water now partially ready for recycling
can then also be treated.
Finally water is filtered through activated carbon to remove residual organics such as shampoo etc prior to recycle as rinse water, and pumped back into the system for use.
Morclean provide both on site advice and drawings, as well as the supply and installation of the recycling plant for various applications and industries. Temporary installations can also be provided for using our inflatable or semi-permanent wash pads and water capture systems are built on a bespoke basis.
Accessories and Consumables
Your cleaning tasks can be made easier with the right choice of accessory and best use of detergents. Our demonstration vehicles carry a range of accessories including rotary flat surface cleaners, vacumated rotary cleaners, and extending lances. Choosing the right accessory can reduce the time taken to clean and improve both production and working conditions, both for the operator and the general public. We realise that bespoke installations and machines mean machines are difficult if not impossible to catalogue. Design and Brief
For specialist and bespoke applications, and an initial site survey, a proposal may be required. Once we have established a principal of design we then engage our design team or technicians, employing their particular specialist knowledge.
