Robot Touchless Wash System
Morclean are continually developing new products and designs and new for 2008 are our robot and touchless wash systems.
The Maxi Robot is a brushless system designed for cleaning irregular shaped vehicles. It works with high pressure (side and upper), and is ideal for washing Industrial vehicles with irregular shapes.
This system is unique in that the water power is concentrated in a few nozzles to ensure an effective washing action through their rotating and alternating movement.

Hot galvanised structure with fairing in ABS or painted aluminium (optional: the structure can be galvanized and painted or in stainless steel
Double dragging motorisation with inverter (programmed speeds)
Galvanised Anti-tipping rails MT.25 (if required, the rails can be supplied with special profiles rails-saver or reinforced rails)
Control console with PLC
Buttons panel or remote control (optional)
Pipes and cables special supporting chain for Gantry feeding
Dosing pumps and arches for chemical product distribution
Side spray guards made of cloth (or plexiglas)
Personalised or special programs (to be established with the customer)
Half-automatic system for high pressure pipes draining
