Morclean have recently introduced the SM-LS6 range of heavy-duty scissor lifts for transport and haulage. Capacities are from 9 tonne to 33 tonne, and bed lengths of 6m to 9m respectively.
The proven design of the heavy-duty lifts ensures a quick, safe and reliable way to lift heavy-duty vehicles. Suitable vehicles include refuse trucks, HGV lorries and heavy commercial vehicles. The vehicle can be quickly and safely raised for under chassis steam cleaning, servicing or for maintenance purposes. They are ideally suited for use in washbay applications as well as inside the workshop.
Benefits and Features
Ergonomic - Maximum lifting of vehicle to the ideal height for easier working. Tools and equipment can be moved directly to the vehicle on same floor level.
Free access - clear floor design with no cross bars between platforms and no base frame between scissors gives maximum obstacle free access to the lifted vehicle from side and front to rear.
Large lifting height - allows access underneath the platforms. Wheel dolly can be moved in to take off tyres for brake, tyre, alignment and suspension work.
Clear and light - open design which allows the underneath of vehicles to be seen clearly, especially with optional fluorescent lights.

We offer a range of lift capacities which can be either surface mounted or recessed into the floor for a flush fit.
Safety First
The lift must only be used by specially trained personnel and only after reading and understanding the safety manual; the operator must be authorised by the system manager. The lift and safety devices must not be tampered with or modified in any way; if so, the manufacturer cannot accept any liability in the event of resulting damage. Always comply with the following:
ï only use original accessories and spare parts;
ï installation must only be done by authorised and skilled personnel
