Features of Environmental Screens
1] All Morclean Environmental Screen installations are manufactured in box section so that any fixing screws are not exposed. The Plastisol screens are fitted with flashings in colours to also comply with the client’s corporate identity.
2] The cladding is plastic coated in a suitable colour, and the sections are braced and a RSA top rail fitted for strength. All steel work is a galvanised finish to both enhance the appearance, and to eliminate projected maintenance or painting costs.
3] We supply, as usually preferred, surface mounted plates. All cladding on a new screening is fitted vertically and to the inside f the wash area for improved water run-off.
4] Galvanised bracing and RSJ / RHS are fitted to the outside to prevent dirt and debris from building up on the rails or cladding.
