Service and Support
Depending on the location, the equipment can be subjected to a variety of site conditions and be used by varied operators. Service back-up is therefore important to our clients, and our service vehicles are equipped with a comprehensive range of spares, and the work carried out by knowledgeable, experienced, service engineers. In our stores area we hold a vast selection of spares for all the models we maintain, to enable us to support both our service engineers and dealers alike, supported by electronically formatted parts and component split down diagrams for speed and ease of use.

"Morclean were able to offer *DLS a system which
would be a dual purpose machine offering a
prewashing detergent option along with a
demineralised final rinse. Due to the siting
requirement the steam cleaner there is a need
to have a remote control option that Morclean
have offered.
Although the requirements set by *DLS are not
standard practice for the use of hot pressure
washers, Morclean has responded to the needs of
DLS and packaged a unit which will run using an
electric motor and demineralised water along
with a quality looking cabinet unit.
To date Morclean have offered *DLS a professional
sales service with knowledgeable personnel who
are of a non pushing nature to produce a quality
product. Morclean offer a flexible service to suit
the needs of *DLS for installation and commissioning
of the unit"
