Vapour Steam
Morclean vapour steam cleaners generate steam vapour at high temperatures up to 185̊ C. The units have an internal tank with a capacity of 2.5 to 10 Ltrs of water, and ordinary town (tap) water is used to produce the steam at pressures of between 4.5 to 10 bar. The stainless steel steam boiler is safe, tested and explosion proof and fitted with safety devices to ensure variable and constant steam pressure.
The machines produce a quantity of over-saturated steam for hygienic cleaning of any kind of surface even the most difficult and dirtiest to clean. There are no confined applications or restrictions to where the unit could be used but they are generally used for internal cleaning and disinfecting, especially floors and tiles, catering equipment ovens and kitchens, fridges and freezers or in CNC, engineering, printing, healthcare or pharmaceutical applications. The steam at 140 to 185̊ C can be used to steam clean or disinfect any type of surface by breaking down and melting grease or oils. The soiling can then be removed with an integral vacuum cleaner or micro fibre cloths. We have around 30 models and our range is expanding as we continually improve our product line. Machines are available in household, domestic, commercial and industrial versions with options of accessories and integral vacuums.
