The Morclean wet test spray arch is designed for leak testing of vehicles, cars, vans, mini bus or caravan etc1 off Wash tunnel c/w
6 arches frames 3.7m wide x 3.6m high fabricated in 60 x 60 grade 304 SS box section
150mm x 150mm pads for fixing down
2 support bars to join all of the arches together in 304 SS
6 arches in pvc rigid pipe (3 to have swivel tops)
1 water feed pump to supply 60lpm @ 4 bar with speed control (when isolating 1 or more arches on smaller vehicles)
MSJ35/PT water recovery and reclaim system (2.4 x 1.2) c/w
Skid mounted Polypropylene tanks
Hydrocyclone centrifugal filtration
21? stainless steel filter vessel
Sand filtration
25 micron bag filter
All recirc pumps as required
Aeration in the centre tank

1 off Morclean ST3250 3 stage interceptor
1 off Morclean GRP housing 2.5m x 2.5m x 2.3m high
