Our latest and New Product Launch for 2008/9
Morclean are delighted to announce the launch of their New range of Industrial drive through lorry wash systems Chassis Wash and Brush Wash Systems. This range was designed to further meet customer specifications and accommodate all their vehicle washing needs. It consists of Lorry Wash, Bus Wash, Car Wash, chassis wash
and specialist bespoke washes for HGV's, bus, coach, lorries, tanks, trains, and any other type of regular or irregular shaped vehicles or plant.
Morclean can offer the complete package for all vehicle washing and under chassis washing projects including design and concept, planning, installation, advice on civil works, water reclaim and water recycling.
New Chassis wash and the brand new 2008/9 under chassis wash system
The Morclean Chassis Wash is a fully automatic under chassis wash system, providing an effective solution to all under chassis cleaning to MOT and VOSA standards. The chassis wash jet system directs the high pressure nozzles to engines, gearboxes and axels. A high volume low pressure delivery of cold water with detergent injection on the first pass, and high pressure water (or water and detergent) cleans the chassis on the return. This enables a consistent standard of cleaning of all the chassis to ensure acceptance to MOT under chassis wash standards with no damage to the vehicle and its components. The chassis wash system prevents any Health and Safety issues as the operator does not need to work under the vehicle or steam clean the chassis when it is in operation. This unit has been installed at various bus depots, hauliers and local authorities around the UK.
All about us
Originally established as a supplier of engineering equipment, we expanded our range to include High Pressure Water Cleaners, Steam Cleaners and floor care equipment including scrubber dryers and powered sweeping machines. Our sales team are happy to provide demonstrations of powered floorcare equipment.
The Company continued to develop its range of cleaning equipment and changed its name to Morclean Ltd. A move to larger premises enabled our business to produce more bespoke equipment including vehicle washing water reclaim, and ring main systems, high pressure units for demineralised and purified water, as well as specialist zone rated machines for explosive areas.

With a technical sales force and engineering back up, we are able to supply cleaning equipment to industry from a single source supplier.

Morclean have recently launched a new Sitemaster range of portable high pressure machines.
